Yesterday was more than alright. Of course the focus was on King James. JL had missed on the latest developments so we had to fill him in. We weren't sure where to put the Cs and F minors. Where's Boyke when you need him? And by the way, where's WJP? Well, we didn't waste any time arguing about any chords. The groove was solid enough and it didn't seem to make too much of a difference.
We mostly worked on KAM the rest of the afternoon, adding a shuffling drum reminiscent to Miles Davis' In a silent way, sliding bass and dub guitar. Sounds pretty marvelous.
So does Make a Move. Rob has given it another turn over. It's just as spacey as it's bongo heavy. The man's getting pretty close now...
